With a rich background that includes graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona, Chef Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our kitchen.
Now embarking on an exciting new adventure in Thorne Bay with his family, Chef Jay is eager to share his culinary expertise and innovative dishes with our island communities.
